Future Offerings - HWS 2018

The finance area will offer master thesis topics in HWS 2018. Details to follow later this year.

You must have successfully completed a seminar from the Finance Area (here you can find the affiliated chairs) in order to participate. Some knowledge of statistics and econometrics is useful and participants should be motivated to undertake empirical work. In particular, having experience from an empirical seminar thesis is useful.

Note: Due to time constraints it is not possible to write both the seminar paper as well as the master thesis in the same fall/winter semester. This is only possible in spring/summer semesters.

You should write your thesis in English.

Form of Assessment

Joint tutorials are offered by the chair of International Finance (Prof. Ruenzi), the chair of Corporate Finance (Prof. Maug), and the chair of Finance (Prof. Theissen). Please consult the homepage of the Chair of Finance (Prof. Theissen) for updated information.
